Refund & Replacement Policy

We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Important Points About Our Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences.

  • Product sizes are clearly mentioned in the product description.

  • Replacements will only be issued after inspection.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or replacement request.

Note: बिना Opening वीडियो के किसी भी condition में product return/replacement नहीं होगा।

(Product will not be returned or replaced under any condition without an opening video.)

Eligible Cases for Replacement

Our 1-day replacement policy applies only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received (must be verified via unboxing video)

  • Defective or damaged item received (must be verified via unboxing video)

Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement/return will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been damaged or washed by the customer

  • The item is not sent in original packaging with box and inserts

  • The product is not in original condition

  • The product is a health product (non-returnable)

To be eligible for replacement, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Packed with original box and inserts

Based on the photos and unboxing video shared by the customer, our team will determine whether replacement or return is applicable.
The company’s decision will be final.

Return Fee

A flat ₹120 return fee will be charged for approved size-related returns.

Prepaid Orders

In case of prepaid orders:

  • If the customer is unavailable during delivery, or delivery fails due to customer-side issues, refund will be issued via UPI ID or QR Code after deducting shipping charges.

  • We are not responsible if the customer overpays the courier without checking the COD amount on the bill.

Requests made after 1 day from delivery will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be credited only via UPI or Net Banking.

Damaged Product Process

अगर आपका product खराब या damaged है, तो आप:

  • Product photo

  • Invoice/Bill photo

  • Opening video

उसी email ID पर भेजें जिससे order confirmation mail आया था.

Delivery date से केवल 1 दिन तक claim valid रहेगा. उसके बाद request accept नहीं होगी.

Note: बिना opening video और invoice के कोई claim process नहीं होगा.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Product delivery delayed by multiple weeks

  • Customer repeatedly receives wrong or damaged products

Refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account via UPI or Net Banking.

Return / Replacement Process

  1. Send your Order Number and registered phone/email to: helpcenter48h@gmail.com

  2. Submit return/replacement request

  3. Attach:

    • Order number

    • Product photos

    • Opening video

    • Comments (if any)

  4. If eligible, we will initiate return pickup

  5. After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it

  6. Once approved, refund/replacement will be processed

If Return Pickup Is Not Available

If courier pickup is unavailable in your pincode, you must courier the product to us yourself.

Replacement will be processed only after:

  • Product reaches us

  • Product passes inspection

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us right away if:

  • Item is damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Wrong item is received

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is:

  1. Return the current item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
